Robotics Engineer
Build robotic systems that can perform useful assembly work, reliably, on real hardware.
The work
- Develop manipulation and control for tasks such as kitting, fastening, and part handling.
- Integrate robot arms, end effectors, sensing, and safety into working assembly cells.
- Work with technicians and manufacturing engineers to take a task from demonstration to repeatable execution.
You might be a fit if
You have built and debugged physical robotic systems. You can move between controls, software, and hardware, and you care about what happens after the demo.

The work
- Build the path from demonstrations and production data to trained robot policies.
- Develop tools for collecting data, evaluating behavior, and deploying improvements.
- Work closely with robotics and manufacturing to understand failures and improve reliability.

You have strong software engineering foundations and experience turning machine learning into working systems. You want to test your ideas against the physical world.

The work
- Develop assembly processes, fixtures, work instructions, and inspection methods.
- Identify the tasks worth automating and help make those tasks repeatable.
- Bring practical judgment to design changes, build issues, quality, and production readiness.
You might be a fit if
You have taken electromechanical hardware from a drawing or prototype into a real build. You are comfortable at a workbench and with the details that make a process reliable.

The work
- Assemble electromechanical products, fixtures, and robotic workcells.
- Help capture the demonstrations and practical knowledge that robots will learn from.
- Inspect work, troubleshoot build issues, and improve the process with the engineering team.

You are precise, resourceful, and comfortable working with tools and electromechanical assemblies. You notice what is wrong, find the cause, and take pride in making it right.
